You should complete the information on this page if you recently purchased service for your TrafficGauge yet your device reads SERVICE EXPIRED on the screen.
DO NOT USE this function if your screen is completely blank, or if any other message appears on the TrafficGauge screen. Make sure your batteries are good, then go to
Troubleshooting for quick solutions to other problems.
If your device had dead batteries or was otherwise not receiving at the time you ordered service it would miss the messages we sent adding the purchased time to its subscription. This function simply resends that message to your device so it will activate normally.
